About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and confident Sales Advisor to join our team at CastleView Group. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customers' digital lives by discussing the right products for them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all inbound and outbound calls to ensure effective, accurate, and timely customer queries.
- Capture data from calls to assist the management team in producing reports.
- Discuss and recommend products to customers to meet their needs.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve sales targets.

- A competitive hourly rate of £12.05, rising to £12.34 after 9 months.
- A salary of £23,504, rising to £24,064 after 9 months, plus uncapped commission.
