About the Role

Vistry Group PLC is seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our team in Sunderland. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our sales hubs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively seek out prospective sales opportunities and follow up with customers to optimize business outcomes.
  • Create and deliver engaging virtual tours of our sites and house plots to customers, showcasing the quality and features of our homes.
  • Manage and implement new innovations to drive sales growth and meet business targets across our sales hubs.
  • Negotiate with customers to ensure the best sales outcomes for the business, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Utilize technology to drive innovation in generating sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences, even in challenging environmental and economic conditions.
  • Ensure effective management of sales visits, pre-booking customer appointments, and traveling to sites within the designated area to meet with customers.
  • Develop a detailed knowledge of our sites, house types, and build progress to provide customers with the best possible experience and opportunities to purchase a new home.
  • Proactively manage and follow the sales process, as outlined in our Sales Induction Training and Development Guide, to ensure every customer receives a seamless and exceptional experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth, while demonstrating effective team working skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Evaluate each sales process to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to drive increased sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively sell customer extras across all reservations to drive additional profit for the company.
  • Ensure every customer contact is recorded on our IT system, in line with GDPR regulations, and maintain a polite, friendly, and efficient manner when interacting with customers.
