About the Role
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team at Gentoo Group. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new homes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Selling new homes to customers in a sales environment
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers
- Working closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and goals
- Utilizing negotiation skills to secure sales
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements
- Valid UK driving license and access to a car
- Experience working in a sales environment, preferably in the housebuilding industry
- Exceptional customer service and sales skills
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
