Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a talent pool of candidates for our wide range of job roles
Source suitable candidates through various communication channels
Screen candidates to assess their suitability for the role and organisation
Promote our client as an employer of choice within the industry
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, recruitment agencies, and candidates on a daily basis
Demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Skills:
Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Attention to detail

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Adecco. As a Candidate Resourcer, you will play a key role in sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of job roles, while promoting our client as an employer of choice.
You will have the opportunity to build and maintain a talent pool of candidates, using various communication channels. Your strong organisational skills and attention to detail will help you effectively screen candidates and assess their suitability for both the role and the organisation.
In this fast-paced role, you will be in regular contact with stakeholders, recruitment agencies, and candidates, showcasing your excellent communication skills. Your ability to prioritise workload and work independently, as well as part of a team, will be essential in managing the demands of the role.
