About the Role:
Adecco is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team as a Candidate Resourcer. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of job roles, while promoting our client as an employer of choice.
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will have the opportunity to build and maintain a talent pool of candidates, using various communication channels. Your strong organisational skills and attention to detail will help you effectively screen candidates and assess their suitability for both the role and the organisation.
In this fast-paced role, you will be in regular contact with stakeholders, recruitment agencies, and candidates, showcasing your excellent communication skills. Your ability to prioritise workload and work independently, as well as part of a team, will be essential in managing the demands of the role.
