Job Role: New Business Account Executive

Location: London - Hybrid (3 Days in Office)

The Role

This is a 'Hunter' role on the New Business Sales Team at Helloezra. Your primary goal will be to generate revenue from net new logo accounts. You will work in partnership with multiple stakeholders across the business, including Lead Generation, Marketing, Account Management, Customer Success, Sales Leadership, and other New Business team members.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage a geographical territory of enterprise accounts.
  2. Lead all sales efforts from qualification to contracting.
  3. Link Helloezra solutions and value to desired business outcomes.
  4. Maintain Salesforce to ensure pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
  5. Identify personas at target accounts and create tailored messaging.
  6. Partner cross-functionally with other sales teams, marketing, Customer Success teams, and sales leadership.
  7. Engage with other Adecco Group brands to unlock opportunities globally.
  8. Act as a brand spokesperson/ambassador for Helloezra within your assigned territory.

What We're Looking For

  1. 5+ years of relevant enterprise sales experience managing a new territory.
  2. Proven, repeatable, flexible sales processes.
  3. Relevant experience in the HR consulting / leadership & L&D space preferred.
  4. Excellence in networking, partnering, and communicating with senior stakeholders.
  5. Strategic, creative, and commercially minded – entrepreneurial.
  6. Required travel and office attendance in alignment with Helloezra's Global Hybrid working policy.
  7. Regular team social events.
