About the Night Commis Chef Role
The Night Commis Chef is a key member of our culinary team, responsible for supporting the kitchen during night shifts. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and practice various cooking methods under the supervision of senior chefs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior chefs in meal preparation and service during night time hours.
- Perform tasks such as cleaning and sanitizing kitchen tools, utensils, and equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
- Help receive, check, and store deliveries of fresh food and supplies.
- Observe and participate in different sections of the kitchen during night shifts to gain comprehensive knowledge and experience.
