Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior chefs with meal preparation and service during night time hours.
  • Learn and practice various cooking methods, with a focus on night operations.
  • Regularly clean and sanitize kitchen tools, utensils, and equipment to maintain hygiene standards during night shifts.
  • Perform tasks as directed by senior chefs, such as Sous Chef or Chef de Partie, to assist in meal preparation and service during night time hours.
  • Observe and participate in different sections of the kitchen during night shifts to gain comprehensive knowledge and experience.

Requirements

Proven experience in culinary operations, demonstrating a strong willingness to learn and support the kitchen team. Possess foundational knowledge of food preparation techniques and a commitment to following food safety and hygiene standards.
