About the Night Commis Chef Role
Park Hyatt London River Thames is seeking a skilled Night Commis Chef to join our culinary team. As a Night Commis Chef, you will be responsible for assisting senior chefs in meal preparation and service during night time hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learning and practicing various cooking methods under the supervision of senior chefs.
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen tools, utensils, and equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
- Performing tasks as directed by senior chefs to assist in meal preparation and service.
- Receiving, checking, and storing deliveries of fresh food and supplies.
- Observing and participating in different sections of the kitchen during night shifts.
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in culinary operations, a strong willingness to learn, and a commitment to following food safety and hygiene standards.
