About the Night Commis Chef Role

Park Hyatt London River Thames is seeking a skilled Night Commis Chef to join our culinary team. As a Night Commis Chef, you will be responsible for assisting senior chefs in meal preparation and service during nighttime hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learning and practicing various cooking methods under the supervision of senior chefs.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen tools, utensils, and equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Performing tasks as directed by senior chefs to assist in meal preparation and service.
  • Receiving, checking, and storing deliveries of fresh food and supplies.
  • Observing and participating in different sections of the kitchen to gain comprehensive knowledge and experience.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in culinary operations, a strong willingness to learn, and a commitment to following food safety and hygiene standards.
