Job Summary:

As a Sales Development Manager at Mission 4 Recruitment, we are seeking an experienced professional to manage and expand our trade business in East Anglia. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established tour operator and take on a challenging role that requires strong business development skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the business.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development within the travel industry
  • Record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong IT literacy, including Microsoft applications
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude with a patient and assertive nature
