Compensation: The role offers a competitive base salary of £12.72 per hour, with additional pay for evening and weekend shifts.

Working Hours: Flexible hours to be discussed with management.

Role Responsibilities: As a Relief Care & Support Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality, individualized care to our residents, ensuring they can enjoy their later years to the fullest. Your duties will include:

  • Delivering housekeeping and domestic support throughout the estate, including cleaning apartments
  • Encouraging residents to engage in various activities that promote their health and well-being
  • Assisting residents with appointment scheduling, transportation arrangements, and shopping needs

Candidate Profile:

  • A warm and friendly demeanor, with experience in a care or support setting preferred
  • A genuine passion for enhancing the well-being and happiness of older adults
  • A commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • A desire to work in the Health and Social Care sector, with a preference for candidates holding a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification, though relevant experience will also be considered
