We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Relief Care and Support Professional to join our team at McCarthy Stone. As a Relief Care and Support Professional, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their later years with dignity and independence.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality individual care to residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Provide housekeeping and domestic support across the estate, including apartment cleans.
- Support and encourage residents to participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing.
- Assist with booking appointments, arranging transport, and escorting residents on visits as needed.
- Help residents with their shopping and daily tasks.
- A warm and friendly individual with experience in a care or support environment.
- A passion for making a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Desirable: QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification or equivalent.
