About the Role

We are seeking a professional Relief Care Supervisor to join our team at McCarthy Stone, a leading provider of retirement living communities. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the management and smooth running of our thriving community of active and independent older people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the security of the development, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our homeowners.
  • Oversee the Care and Support teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate and facilitate activities that strengthen community spirit within the development.
  • Provide emergency support to our homeowners during night shifts.
Requirements
  • Previous experience of working in a care or support environment.
  • Excellent care skills and a warm, friendly, and organised approach.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including day and night shifts.
  • QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
