About the Role

We are seeking a professional Relief Care Supervisor to join our team at McCarthy Stone, a leading provider of retirement living communities. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the management and smooth running of our thriving community of active and independent older people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Live within easy commuting distance of our estate
  • Provide warm, friendly, and organized support to residents, ensuring their safety and wellbeing
  • Manage the security of the development, overseeing the Care and Support teams
  • Coordinate and facilitate activities that strengthen community spirit within the development
  • Continuously grow skills and lead by example, thinking on their feet
  • Make a positive difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate of £14.93 per hour (day rate) and £12.18 per hour (sleeping night rate)
