As the Head of Building Safety & Compliance, you will be the operational lead to ensure that we meet all our statutory and regulatory safety obligations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Developing and implementing building safety and compliance best practice policies and procedures
* Effectively engaging with residents to provide assurance that they live in a safe home
* Leading a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent outcomes for our residents

You will be qualified or working toward the CIOB qualification in Building Safety, Level 6, and hold a NEBOSH Diploma with demonstrable experience of operating at a senior level. You will also have experience of leveraging data and systems to manage risks and compliance.
