## Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Building Safety and Compliance function. As the Head of Building Safety and Compliance, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents have a safe home to live in. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of building safety regulations and a proven track record of implementing best practice policies and procedures.

## Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement building safety and compliance best practice policies and procedures
* Lead a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent outcomes for our residents
* Ensure that we meet all statutory and regulatory safety obligations
* Effectively engage with residents to provide assurance that they live in a safe home
* Leverage data and systems to manage risks and compliance
* Implement new framework contracts

## Requirements

* Qualified or working toward the CIOB qualification in Building Safety, Level 6
* Hold a NEBOSH Diploma
* Demonstrable experience of operating at a senior level in building safety and compliance functions
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
