Job Summary

As a Disability Services Manager at Mountain Healthcare Limited, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering safe and effective services to clients of the Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC).

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver safe and effective services to clients of the SARC, meeting national and local targets in relation to rape and sexual assault.
  • Manage all employees associated with the SARC, ensuring they receive the necessary training and support to provide high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the immediate medical response and aftercare offered to victims of sexual assault and rape.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including NHS England and the police, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including the National Health Service (NHS) Constitution and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (NMC) with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.
  • Proven strong judgement and analysis, with the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Awareness of SARC commissioning and the ability to develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery.
  • Basic Life Support (Training Provided).
