Exciting Opportunity for an Interim Service Manager

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interim Service Manager to join our Contracts & Quality Team based in Slough. As a leading recruitment agency, we value your expertise and offer a unique opportunity for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of social care professionals to deliver high-quality services to vulnerable young people.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service outcomes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work or a related field (e.g., youth work, social care).
  • Postgraduate qualifications in management or social care may be beneficial but not always essential.
  • Significant experience in social work, specifically working with children in care, care leavers, or vulnerable young people.
  • Management or supervisory experience within a social care or child protection setting.
