We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Children With Disabilities team. As a Senior Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our team members, ensuring that we deliver high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and guidance to team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver effective services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that our services meet the needs of our clients.
- Work closely with other teams and agencies to ensure that our services are integrated and effective.
- Manage and develop the team duty rota, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to deliver our services.
- Take a strong role in team meetings, ensuring that they are efficient and effective.
