Renewable Energy Contracts Specialist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Contracts Specialist to join our team at ersg Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for leading contractual negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors to establish favorable terms for BESS projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead contractual negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors to establish favorable terms for BESS projects
* Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries internally, and manage external legal teams to effectively execute supply contracts
* Develop risk mitigation strategies
* Manage the process for developing and claiming Liquidated Damages
* Monitor compliance and contractual obligations

**Requirements**

* Extensive Contract Management experience for Renewable Energy projects, ideally Battery Energy Storage
* Proven experience managing and negotiating high-valued, complex contracts including EPC agreements, supply contracts, and service agreements
* Degree in Law, Contract Management, or similar
