Electoral Services Deputy Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electoral Services Deputy Manager to join our team at New Forest District Council. As a key member of our electoral services team, you will play a crucial role in the effective delivery of elections and electoral registration.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an established electoral administrator to take the next step in their career or for an experienced Deputy Electoral Service Manager to pursue a new challenge. You will work closely with the Electoral Services Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of elections and electoral registration, and will be responsible for providing administrative support and guidance to the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Electoral Services Manager and team
  • Assist with the delivery of elections and electoral registration
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of electoral services policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to electoral services staff
