The Deputy Electoral Services Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the Electoral Services Manager in the effective delivery of elections and electoral registration. **Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of elections and electoral registration activities
  • Provide administrative support to the Electoral Services Manager and team
  • Work accurately and pay close attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Use initiative and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of electoral services policies and procedures

**What We Offer**

  • £35,713 - £38,680 per annum, up to £40,614 per annum including 5% market supplement for an outstanding candidate

**Working Arrangements**

The role is subject to hybrid working, with some flexibility to work from home. However, during pre-election and canvass periods, there may be a requirement to work in the office on a full-time basis. During these periods, you will be required to work under pressure and balance conflicting priorities for prolonged periods of time, and there may be restrictions on taking leave.
