Job Summary:

Pulse Healthcare Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Paediatric A&E Nurse to join our team in a Band 5 role. As a key member of our emergency department, you will provide high-quality care to patients and play a vital role in the unit's leadership and supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, plan, and execute care programs with confidence
  • Provide leadership to your team, serving as a role model for other staff
  • Supervise students, junior nurses, and other team members

Requirements:

  • RSCN/RN Child with current NMC registration
  • Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience in any paediatric acute setting
  • Mentorship course or equivalent - or willingness to undertake within the first year
