Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Customer Care Team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing dedicated performance management of our service contracts, supporting key retail accounts nationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Delivery: Ensure a consistent world-class delivery of service to our clients and their managing agents.
  • Customer Support: Provide key account customer support via regular meetings and communication.
  • Relationship Building: Liaise with client contacts to build, develop, and maintain relationships.
  • Problem Solving: Effectively solve problems to satisfactory conclusion.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports for clients and internal teams.
