Freightserve recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile daily financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage customer accounts, including reconciliations and credit control.
  • Produce monthly customer statements and reminder letters as required.
  • Reconcile and manage supplier accounts, including processing payments and refunds.
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns.
  • Manage company expenses and maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in financial operations and management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, specifically SAGE.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Confidentiality and trustworthiness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm.
