Heathrow Personnel is seeking an experienced Accounts Supervisor to join their team. As a key member of the financial operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of daily transactions, customer account reconciliations, and credit control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile daily transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage customer account reconciliations, ensuring all discrepancies are resolved promptly.
  • Implement effective credit control measures to minimize bad debt.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Produce accurate and timely customer statements on a monthly basis.
  • Reconcile and settle supplier accounts, ensuring all payments and refunds are processed efficiently.
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Input company expenses accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in accounts supervision or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial operations and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
