About the Role
At Tesco, we're committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute. As a Communications and Engagement Executive - Technology, you'll play a vital role in crafting and delivering impactful communications that engage our Technology colleagues across the globe.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy to inform, engage, and inspire Technology colleagues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and deliver communications content that promotes colleague participation and advocacy.
  • Organize and execute a range of physical and virtual events that drive engagement, education, and inspiration among Technology colleagues.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, communicating effectively and relevantly to colleagues at all levels.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on the use of the Tesco and Tesco Technology master brands.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring cost-conscious decision-making.
  • Adhere to our business code of conduct and act with integrity and due diligence.

Your Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in communications and/or events roles.
  • Event management and execution expertise.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
