Internal and External Communications Specialist

We are seeking a Strategic Communications Partner to become a vital member of our Build Team.
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
In the role of Strategic Communications Partner, you will collaborate with the Communications Team, playing a crucial part in various aspects of both internal and external communications and engagement. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Crafting and implementing communication strategies and key messages that align with our overarching communications objectives.
- Executing campaigns, projects, and events, ranging from change communications to operational guidance, to effectively communicate our strategic priorities and core values.
- Providing strategic advice to stakeholders while also managing the execution of tactical communications.
- Promoting innovation and digital transformation to meet the evolving needs of our workforce, ensuring effective communication reaches all employees.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of communication initiatives by analyzing performance metrics, trends, and impacts, and reporting findings to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
This position is ideal for candidates who possess:
- Experience in complex organizational environments with a strong background in external marketing and communications.
- Proven ability to engage with and influence business leaders, along with strong networking skills to build relationships across all levels.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while thriving under pressure.
- Exceptional writing, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to produce high-quality, engaging content tailored for diverse audiences.
