Corporate Communications Specialist

We are seeking a Strategic Communications Partner to become a vital member of our Build Team.
Location: Based out of one of our London offices
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
As a Strategic Communications Partner, you will collaborate with the Communications Team, playing a crucial role in all aspects of internal and external messaging and engagement. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Crafting and executing communication strategies and key messages that align with the overarching communications objectives.
- Implementing campaigns, projects, and events, ranging from change communications to operational guidance, effectively showcasing the strategic priorities and values of the organization.
- Providing strategic advice to stakeholders while ensuring the execution of tactical communications.
- Promoting innovation and digital transformation to meet the evolving communication needs of our workforce.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of communication initiatives by analyzing performance metrics and reporting insights to stakeholders, while also identifying lessons learned.
Candidate Profile:
This position is ideal for individuals who possess:
- Experience in complex organizational environments with a strong background in external marketing and communications.
- Proficiency in engaging with and influencing business leaders, along with the ability to build robust relationships across all levels.
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional writing, facilitation, and presentation abilities, with a talent for producing high-quality, engaging content tailored for diverse audiences.
