  • Good attention to detail and ability to discern color.
  • Background in a quality control-focused role with experience in taking and recording results via measuring equipment.
  • Good level of numeracy and literacy with effective communication skills.
  • Problem-solving experience and ability to work under pressure.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide the team.
