About the Role
Sytner Group is seeking a highly motivated and organized Parts Advisor to join our team at Mercedes-Benz of Loughton. As a key member of our team, you will demonstrate a 'One Team' approach, communicating effectively with both internal and external customers/suppliers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all requests are dealt with promptly, and you will support and assist colleagues and customers with parts identification, searching, and sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the parts stock room, ensuring that stock levels are accurately recorded and managed.
- Take responsibility for the ordering and selling of a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction.
About You
We are looking for an individual with experience in a similar role within the motor industry and strong IT skills. High levels of organization and attention to detail are essential for this role. You will also need to possess excellent communication skills and customer-facing experience, as you will be interacting with customers both face-to-face and over the phone.
