Compensation Overview: The hourly wage is based on a full-time employment agreement, which includes a commitment to work every other weekend. HFHC Healthcare has introduced a £1 per hour increase for shifts scheduled between 22:00 on Friday and 07:00 on Monday.

Note: We do not provide sponsorship for this position.

Compensation may increase to £13.88 with the addition of a 6% Loyalty Attendance Bonus.

Shift Schedule:

  • Two-week rolling rota
  • Shifts starting at 9pm/10pm and concluding at 7am

Role Overview:

As a Support Worker, you will collaborate with our ONE TEAM to provide outstanding care and assistance to individuals residing in our facilities. A significant aspect of your role involves helping individuals develop new life skills, engage with their communities, and achieve outcomes that enable them to lead fulfilling lives. Part of your responsibilities will include medication administration, with comprehensive training provided. We are looking for team members who are eager to participate in daily activities that are engaging, enjoyable, and encourage the individuals we support to explore new experiences.

Important Note: This position is exempt from the Equality Act 2010 (Schedule 9, Part 1), which allows for the application of a genuine occupational requirement.
