About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to join our team at Flux Advertising Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our global marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, and generating sales leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the global marketing strategy, focusing on the UK, US, Canada, and Australia.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Build and manage a team of marketing professionals to drive digital marketing, product marketing, and creative efforts.
  • Organize workflow and processes to ensure seamless information sharing, thought leadership, and cross-team marketing alignment.
  • Execute and manage integrated marketing events and campaigns to support revenue generation, lead generation, client retention, and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with external partners, including channel partners, trade organizations, trade press, event organizers, agencies, and other partners.
  • Work with the global channel partner to drive in-market awareness with advertisers, agencies, media owners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop customer-focused, market-leading sales and marketing collateral.
  • Define and manage an "always on" digital strategy, leveraging the website, email, SEO, SEM, content, paid and organic social, and other channels.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • 3+ years of demonstrable experience in digital marketing/adtech or product marketing.
  • Proven track record of compiling and delivering innovative marketing campaigns and sales support.
