About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Associate to join our Chesterfield office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates, and driving business growth through proactive networking and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and candidates within the Accountancy & Finance sector
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and lead generation
  • Lead client meetings and presentations to promote our services and build relationships
  • Provide exceptional candidate care and support to ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and drive business growth
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the Accountancy & Finance sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on driving business growth and results
  • Highly organized and proactive, with a strong attention to detail
