Senior Recruitment Specialist

Chase and Holland Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Associate to join our team in Chesterfield. As a Senior Recruitment Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, proactively calling organisations to develop new business, and leading client meetings focused on active vacancies and business development.
Key Responsibilities:- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
- Proactively calling organisations to develop new business
- Leading client meetings focused on active vacancies and business development
- Effectively liaising with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Advising clients on the candidate market and key trends
- Identifying and attracting candidates through the company database, job boards, social networks, and headhunting
- Meeting with candidates to discuss their experience, preferences, and needs
- Developing trusting relationships with candidates through offering support and honest advice
- Providing excellent aftercare to placed candidates and their employers
- Supporting new recruits in understanding our approach to recruitment
- Giving advice to colleagues on how to improve their technique
- Leading business development and living by the Chase and Holland principles - Honesty, Passion, and Courage
- A genuine interest in building relationships with both candidates and clients
- A strong background working within a recruitment role or potentially in an Accountancy & Finance role and wanting to make the transition into recruitment
- Naturally confident communicating with people of all levels
- Able to present a positive outlook at all times
- A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career
- A university-level degree is preferred but not essential
- Naturally, you will be a resilient person who has both drive and ambition to succeed
- Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work to tight deadlines
