Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and candidates within the Accountancy & Finance sector
- Proactively source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social networks, and headhunting
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our clients' needs
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve recruitment techniques
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the Accountancy & Finance sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and targets
- Knowledge of recruitment software and systems
- University degree preferred, but not essential
