Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and candidates
  2. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your designated region and specialism
  3. Lead client meetings and presentations to showcase your expertise and build trust
  4. Effectively manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement
  5. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients and candidates on market trends and best practices
  6. Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and referrals
  7. Meet with candidates to discuss their experience, preferences, and needs
  8. Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry
  9. Support the development of new business initiatives and strategies
  10. Contribute to the growth and success of the Chase & Holland team
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the accountancy and finance sector
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates
  3. Excellent business acumen and understanding of market trends
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results
  5. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
