About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic VIP Tour Guide to join our team at Longleat Safari Park. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our guests, providing engaging and informative commentary about our diverse animal collection and the park's history.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality tour commentary to small groups of guests, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the park's animal collection, including species, habitats, and behaviors.
  • Work closely with the animal team to ensure the highest standards of animal welfare and safety.
  • Meet and greet guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Drive Land Rovers safely and efficiently through the park, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • Full UK driving license required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Ability to recall and convey complex scientific information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
