Service Advisor/Service Receptionist

As a Service Advisor/Service Receptionist at Richard Abson Group, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and sales support in our prestigious car dealership in Chester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with enquiries and technical information
  • Provide progress updates on customer vehicles
  • Sales of Service Plans and additional services

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year's experience in a similar role within the main dealer network
  • Enthusiasm and passion for customer service and sales
  • Experience with Kerridge and 1Link (desirable)

Benefits:

  • A competitive basic salary of up to £28,000, with additional bonus opportunities for hours sold, up/cross-sales, and service plan sales
  • Monday to Friday working hours, 8am-5:30pm, with no weekends
