Part-Time Receptionist Wanted

Location: Chester

Hours: 10am - 3pm, Monday to Friday

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Duration: Temporary - Long Term (until after Christmas)

We are seeking a friendly and fast-paced Receptionist to join our team at a leading engineering consultancy in Chester. As the face of our office, you will be responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering telephone calls and handling client queries
  • Meeting and greeting clients, managing appointments and bookings
  • Data input and administration
  • Typing up and proofreading letters to ensure accuracy
  • Keeping the office accounts and filing system up to date
  • Working closely with the Office Manager to keep operations running smoothly
