AWS Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Freight Personnel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and revenue within the private and public sectors, focusing on e-commerce parcel and packet solutions.
Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, you will work to achieve divisional KPIs, including a territory new business target of circa £900k to £1 Million revenue. Your primary objective will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in e-commerce parcel and packet sales to drive growth and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve new business targets and revenue growth within the private and public sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the e-commerce parcel and packet industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in e-commerce parcel and packet sales.
- Work closely with the National Sales Manager to achieve divisional KPIs and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of high-level new business sales within e-commerce parcel and packet sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the e-commerce parcel and packet industry.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of motivation and drive.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
