Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and reduce agency reliance
  • Work closely with directors and managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Manage the redeployment process for dedicated directorates, ensuring a seamless transition for employees
  • Support daily recruitment activity, prioritizing tasks to increase output and meet business needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey
