About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Consumer and Shopper Engagement Team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to LEGO fans across the globe, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Assess and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Represent the LEGO brand in a positive and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful responses to customers.

Requirements:

  • Fluent proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Working Arrangements:

  • Full-time position with a minimum of 2 days working from the office and 3 days working from home per week.
  • Opportunity to work in a hybrid environment with a mix of office and remote work.
