Optometrist Manager

Zest Business Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Opticians Practice Manager to join our team in North Shields, Tyne & Wear.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of 4-5 opticians and ensure excellent customer service and high levels of sales performance.
- Manage store stock, display, and security according to Company guidelines.
- Operate the POS system and accounts for all transactions.
- Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses, and perform dispensing tasks.
- Stay up-to-date with operational standards and training modules.
- Previous experience in an opticians practice, with a proven track record of managing a team.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Confident, reliable, and sales savvy, with a commitment to practice development.
