Zest Business Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Opticians Practice Manager to join our team in North Shields, Tyne & Wear.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to manage our opticians practice, ensuring excellent customer service and high levels of sales performance. The successful candidate will have previous experience in managing a team and a strong understanding of the opticians industry.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of opticians and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high levels of sales performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and control store stock, ensuring it is displayed effectively and hygienically.
- Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently, managing cash, credit, and returns.
- Identify and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses that meet their needs and budget.
- Stay up-to-date with operational standards and training modules to further knowledge and skills.
- Previous experience in managing a team in an opticians practice.
- Strong understanding of the opticians industry and its operations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of organization and time management skills.
