Mobile Clinical Operations Manager

This role will primarily be located in a designated area, with responsibilities extending to various facilities within the region as needed.
As a Mobile Clinical Operations Manager, you will travel throughout your assigned area to oversee and enhance the performance of teams across multiple care facilities, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and services.
In collaboration with the General Manager or hiring authority, you will assist in executing strategic plans to ensure that the needs of our residents are prioritized.
In the absence of the General Manager, you will assume leadership responsibilities, contributing to various aspects from care quality to team motivation.
Your role will involve inspiring a diverse team to ensure that every resident experiences the highest possible quality of life.
This includes leading by example and maintaining standards through regular evaluations, supervised clinical practices, and compliance checks.
You will establish the highest benchmarks and leverage your expertise to create and implement strategies that will help you meet your objectives.
ABOUT YOU
To qualify for the Mobile Clinical Operations Manager position, you must be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with active NMC registration and possess a qualification in teaching, mentoring, or supervision.
Experience in a nursing home environment is essential, along with a demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
Familiarity with assisting residents with varying health requirements is crucial, as is a proven history of managing safeguarding inquiries and clinical risk evaluations.
We also seek candidates with some HR experience, a solid understanding of sales and marketing, budget management skills, and a history of supporting newly qualified nurses through their preceptorship.
You should be compassionate, resilient, and dedicated to providing quality care in a dynamic and engaging setting. Additionally, due to the nature of this role, flexibility and a willingness to travel are essential.
