About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Specialist in Pain Management to join our multidisciplinary team at Connect Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient-centered care to individuals with chronic pain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' requirements and develop personalized treatment plans to achieve their goals.
  • Provide safe, effective, and dignified care according to best practice and national guidelines.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care and support to patients with chronic pain.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, guidelines, and best practices in pain management to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Current valid registration with a relevant professional body (e.g., HCPC or NMC).
  • Proven experience in delivering pain services with tangible results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
