About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist in Pain to join our multidisciplinary team at Connect Health. As a key member of our pain service, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient-centred care to individuals with chronic pain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address the physical and emotional needs of patients with chronic pain.
  • Deliver safe, effective, and dignified care according to best practice and national guidelines.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide a tailored approach to patient care, including face-to-face clinics, pain management programs, and telephone reviews.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and dynamic image and culture within the organization, promoting a biopsychosocial model of care.
Requirements
  • Current valid registration with a relevant professional body (e.g., HCPC or NMC).
  • Experience in delivering pain services with tangible results.
  • Ability to work autonomously, within scope of practice, and deliver a quality clinical service meeting the clinical and operational needs of the pain service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
