About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist in Pain to join our multidisciplinary team at Connect Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centered care to individuals with chronic pain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of patients with chronic pain, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide safe, effective, and dignified care, adhering to best practice and national guidelines.
  • Provide expert advice and treatments to patients, ensuring timely and effective management of their pain.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and dynamic image and culture within the organization, promoting a biopsychosocial model of care.
Requirements
  • Current registration with a relevant professional body (e.g., HCPC or NMC).
  • Experience in delivering pain services, with a proven track record of tangible results.
  • Ability to work autonomously, within scope of practice, and deliver high-quality clinical care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
